A Neutral Code refers to an Import-Export Code (IEC) that is issued for a logistics company, warehouse, or third-party exporter, used by multiple manufacturers or exporters to facilitate exports without disclosing the original manufacturer’s identity on shipping/export documents.

It is commonly used in third-party exports, merchant exports, e-commerce exports, or when dealing with multiple small-scale manufacturers who may not have their own IEC.
